As a co-tenant
When full management isn't the fit, we can sign onto a lease alongside the people already living there and coordinate the household from the inside.
As a property manager
We handle rent, repairs, communication, and subletting, so owners can rest easy and tenants feel cared for.

Over time, Kinship is working to acquire our own properties, partner with Indigenous-led landback efforts, and build a network where the people around us stay housed, fed, and cared for.
