What we collect
When you contact us, we keep what you send: your name, the email or phone you give us, and your message. For invited landlords and ambassadors who use the portal, we store the account email and the property status notes entered there.
Why we collect it
Only to do the work you're asking us to do: to reply to you, to coordinate care of a property, and to keep landlords and tenants informed. Nothing else.
What we will never do
- We never sell your information. Not landlord data, not tenant data, not ever.
- We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't use the portal to market extra services to property owners.
Where it lives
Account and portal information is stored with our service providers under their standard security protections. Contact messages reach us by email at contact@kinship.homes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@kinship.homes and we'll take care of it.
